Transformation sounds like a big word…and it actually happens in small spaces of courage that become large openings for oneself and others.
“Darkness cannot drive out darkness, only light can do that. Hate cannot drive out hate, only love can do that.” – Dr. Martin Luther King
What I have discovered in my research, lived experiences and work with thousands of leaders is that it is by knowing and bringing light to the shadow…through befriending it that a leader can live their authentic truth and truly inspire others.
The integration of Human Development, Psychology and Spirituality are cornerstones to my work.
